Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga offers deep relaxation by gently supporting the body in restful poses, allowing the nervous system to shift into a healing, parasympathetic state. This practice helps reduce stress, improve sleep, and ease tension, making it especially beneficial for those managing anxiety, chronic pain, or fatigue. With a focus on stillness and breath, restorative yoga encourages a profound sense of calm and inner balance.
Meditation
Meditation offers a wide range of benefits for the mind and body, especially when practiced consistently.
Key benefits include:
-
Reduced stress and anxiety by calming the nervous system and lowering cortisol levels
-
Improved focus and concentration through enhanced mental clarity and attention
-
Emotional regulation by increasing awareness of thoughts and feelings without judgment
-
Better sleep due to a calmer mind and body
-
Enhanced self-awareness and a deeper connection to one’s inner self
-
Lower blood pressure and improved heart health through relaxation
-
Increased resilience in handling challenges and emotional triggers
For people managing chronic conditions like PCOS, meditation can support hormonal balance and reduce inflammation by promoting overall stress reduction.

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a gentle, deeply restorative practice designed to support highly sensitive individuals—especially those navigating PCOS or endometriosis. By holding poses for several minutes in stillness, Yin targets the deeper connective tissues of the body, helping to release tension and promote circulation in the hips, pelvis, and lower back—areas often affected by these conditions. This practice helps regulate the nervous system, ease chronic pain, support hormonal balance, and reduce cortisol levels. Yin Yoga creates a safe space to rest, restore, and reconnect with your body in a compassionate and healing way—especially when you're feeling overwhelmed or emotionally drained.
