Easy Peesy Buffalo Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

For the Chicken:

⏰Time saver tip: You can use canned chicken if you do not have time to make and cut up the chicken!

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to your spice preference)

For the Salad:

  • 4 cups mixed salad greens (lettuce, spinach, arugula - go wild!)

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced

  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (or your favorite cheese)

  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing


Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Grill (or Stovetop): If you're using a grill, preheat it to medium-high heat. If not, you can use a stovetop grill pan or skillet.
